Admission Process:
Report to the Main Admission Desk, where our Guest Relations Executive will assist you with
all the necessary paperwork.
Complete the Admission Form, and once that is done, you will be escorted to your room.
Your consulting doctor will be responsible for your treatment and will advise the hospital on
any required tests or treatments.
Any changes to patient data must be made within 24 hours of admission.
Discharge:
Your consultant and nursing staff will discuss your expected discharge date and ongoing care
with you.
We request that you vacate your room by 12 noon. Ask your doctor to provide the discharge
order the day before your planned discharge to avoid additional charges.
If the discharge order is given on the same day, it will take at least 4 hours to prepare,
potentially resulting in an extra half-day bed charge.
For assistance during your discharge, please contact the Ward Secretary.
Arrange for transportation home, or use our in-house ambulance service if needed.
Cashless scheme patients should ensure that the TPA sends a Letter of Guarantee within the
stipulated time to avoid additional charges when discharged.
The Hospital charges for an extra full day if discharge occurs after 4 pm.
